Billing FAQ
What counts as an establishment?
One physical location you supervise. A restaurant, a bakery, a kitchen, a plant. Two branches of the same business are two establishments, because they take two sets of visits.
What if an establishment closes mid-month?
Mark it closed and it stops billing from the next month. We do not charge for a location you are no longer supervising.
What if we add one mid-month?
You are charged from the day you add it, not for the whole month.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum and no starting fee. An agency with three establishments pays for three.
Do coordinators cost anything?
No. Add as many as you need. Same for mashgichim.
How do we pay?
Monthly by card. We can invoice annually instead if that suits your bookkeeping. Ask us.
Can we cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Billing stops at the end of the month you are in.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your records are yours. Ask us for an export at any time, including when you leave.
