Replace a Card

Cards get lost, and sometimes one arrives with a mistake on it. Tell us what happened and we will sort it out. Replacements are free when the error was ours, and $15 when it was not. If it is unclear, we make it free.

Only the agency editions of the mashgiach course end in an AKO Mashgiach ID card. If you took Foundations of Kosher Supervision or the Accredited AKO Mashgiach Course, you hold a certificate and there is nothing here to replace. Replacement cards go to your agency office. We cannot send one to a private address. Card names are printed in English characters only.

The name as it appears on your card, if you have it.

We will send updates here.

The agency that issued your card.

Exactly as you want it printed, spelling included.

A month and year, or just the year, is enough.

What happened?

Optional.

Head and shoulders, plain background. Only if your photo needs changing.

We will reply within one business day and tell you whether there is a fee before anything is charged. Replacement cards ship to your agency office, the same as the original.
