Trouble Signing In

If you signed up using the "Sign in with Google" button, you never created a password. That means there is nothing for the reset to reset, which is why nothing arrives. Your account is fine.

Go back to the sign-in page and use "Sign in with Google". It is the same account.

Sign in

Almost every time, this is a different email address than the one you registered with. Try any other address you might have used, including a work one. If none of them work, write to us and tell us which ones you tried.

Sign out and back in first, which fixes it most of the time. If it is still missing, write to us and we will add it to your account by hand.

That is a known quirk on the platform and it is hiding your certificate. It is not something you did. Write to us and we will mark the course complete.
